After identifying several accretive acquisitions, Match Point assisted the firm in acquiring Medical Coding Services, a U.S. based hospital coding company and entering the US market. This acquisition provides a platform for e4e in the provider community and allows the company to offer a complete solution for ACOs and other fully integrated delivery models.
