Fifth Street Finance Corp is pleased to announce the closing of a second lien credit facility to fund the growth of Caregiver Services, Inc., an existing portfolio company of Psilos Group. Fifth Street’s investment will support the Company’s acquisition of Bell Care Nurses Registry, Inc., Health Med Home Care, Inc., Victorian Nursing Services, Inc., and Caring for Seniors, Inc.
